After another carpet cleaning company left a huge dark spot on my creamy white carpet that they couldn’t remove, saying “something was wrong with my carpet,” I was horrified! I decided to give Carpet Medic a call to get another opinion. I’m so glad I did! Andrew was prompt, professional and friendly! He came right over, assessed the situation, and put my mind at ease. He and his partner cleaned my carpets to perfection, and it smelled soooo good! Needless to say, the big dark spot was gone and there is nothing “wrong with my carpet!” I will never go with another carpet cleaner again! Carpet Medic is the BEST I’ve ever had!

Andrew and his crew were insanely nice, professional and quick. Our carpets were 3 years old and had never been professionally cleaned. After 1 kid and 2 large dogs, he was able to get them looking brand new! We can’t wait to have him clean them again in the future
I was incredibly impressed with the service I received. Andrew got me in within 48 hours of my call and said he’d be here between 2:00 and 4:00 and was here at exactly 2:00 (which never happens!). My carpets look brand new and the house smells amazing. I will definitely be using Carpet Medic for my carpets again and plan to have them clean my ducts as well. 10/10 – I highly recommend!

Andrew at Carpet Medic was very friendly and the carpet cleaning service was a great value for a competitive price. I needed two rooms in my apartment to be professionally cleaned and this provider lived up to my expectations and I’ll be a returning customer in the future. We scheduled a time window and I left the door unlocked for him to clean upon arrival. He called when he was about done, and I paid after the service was completed. I was happy to see the carpets renewed and the lingering pleasant scent of lemon. The rooms are cleaned and ready for the next tenants! One and done!
