Andrew at Carpet Medic was very friendly and the carpet cleaning service was a great value for a competitive price. I needed two rooms in my apartment to be professionally cleaned and this provider lived up to my expectations and I’ll be a returning customer in the future. We scheduled a time window and I left the door unlocked for him to clean upon arrival. He called when he was about done, and I paid after the service was completed. I was happy to see the carpets renewed and the lingering pleasant scent of lemon. The rooms are cleaned and ready for the next tenants! One and done!

Andrew has been cleaning my carpets for the last five years and has done a spectacular job ! Had other carpet cleaners do my carpets but they always done crappy work . As long as he’s in business I wouldn’t go any where else.
Carpet Medic was extremely helpful to us after having a weekend emergency carpet clean. Our tech was out at the house in less than an hour on a Saturday, and was efficient, and very professional. Andrew is a fantastic guy! He cleaned the carpets in my rental before I moved in but I noticed there was still odors from the previous tenants pets so he cleaned them again. He completely removed the odors, got me scheduled promptly and is very kind. He explained everything that he was doing, helped me move stuff out of the way and even cleaned the stairs leading into the unit (which he didn’t have to.) 10/10, would recommend and will be using again in the future.
