Andrew has been cleaning my carpets for the last five years and has done a spectacular job ! Had other carpet cleaners do my carpets but they always done crappy work . As long as he’s in business I wouldn’t go any where else.
Carpet Medic was extremely helpful to us after having a weekend emergency carpet clean. Our tech was out at the house in less than an hour on a Saturday, and was efficient, and very professional. He removed a difficult stain that we thought wouldn’t be possible. We truly appreciate the weekend availability, and it was a very reasonable price for the job. Thank you for taking care of us!
Andrew is a fantastic guy! He cleaned the carpets in my rental before I moved in but I noticed there was still odors from the previous tenants pets so he cleaned them again. He completely removed the odors, got me scheduled promptly and is very kind. He explained everything that he was doing, helped me move stuff out of the way and even cleaned the stairs leading into the unit (which he didn’t have to.) 10/10, would recommend and will be using again in the future. Thanks andrew, you’re the best!

My bathroom floor tile and grout has never been cleaner. A pet stain- which I thought was there for the life of the carpet- is now gone. Very responsive! Highly recommend!
I’ve used them twice in the past year and have always been extremely satisfied with the results. As a pet owner, they take the time to ensure each stain/spot is inspected and treated appropriately to ensure maximum results. The crew is beyond caring, compassionate, knowledgeable and most notably trustworthy with all cleaning needs! I have very light carpet (I clean it regularly to keep it from getting too dirty from foot traffic/pet) and each time I’m amazed at how much cleaner my carpet is despite thinking it’s “not bad”! Don’t waste your money and time calling someone else! These guys get the job done at an astonishingly reasonable price! Trust me, you’ll be completely satisfied!
My dog died today of a tragic event. I couldn’t even function let alone clean up the mess that was left behind on my brand new carpet. Carpet medics came over right away and made it so my kids didn’t have to look at the mess. I even got hug❤ thanks, sometimes it’s more than just a carpet cleaning.
