Andrew did a fabulous job fitting us into his schedule within just two days of my phone call to him. He was very professional and our carpets looked great and they dried within 24 hours.
I’ve hired Andrew several times to clean my carpets, upholstery and to clean my vents/ducts. He does a great job. He and his assistant, Ben, took a well-used, 15 year old couch and brought it back to life. It hadn’t looked that good in years. I highly recommend.

Andrew at Carpet Medic was very friendly and the carpet cleaning service was a great value for a competitive price. I needed two rooms in my apartment to be professionally cleaned and this provider lived up to my expectations and I’ll be a returning customer in the future. We scheduled a time window and I left the door unlocked for him to clean upon arrival. He called when he was about done, and I paid after the service was completed. I was happy to see the carpets renewed and the lingering pleasant scent of lemon. The rooms are cleaned and ready for the next tenants! One and done!
Honestly I had to reschedule a couple times and they were completely understanding the day came to when I needed my carpets cleaned and they called and asked to come early I let them know I was at work and couldn’t get to the key and they offered to pick it up! the spare was at my new house and they went out and grabbed it ! Then came to my work for payment (yes I tipped ) 10/10 I would recommend. Very professional understanding and fast service , my carpets look basically brand new ! If your contemplating using them don’t , just go with them . Very reasonable and kind! -Ashley

I thoroughly appreciated Carpet Medic’s service. They were thorough, detailed, fast and professional. We had 2 discolored tough stains that had settled into the carpet and this carpet cleaning service was able to remove it and make the carpet look brand new!! Incredible work. Andrew was very responsive when I emailed him. He was prompt and professional when he arrived. I appreciate that he took the time to investigate the manufacturer’s cleaning recommendations before he started. The recliners he cleaned look excellent.
